1. Darmasiswa Scholarship Programs
DARMASISWA is a scholarship program offered to all foreign students from countries with which Indonesia has friendly relations. The scholarship opens opportunities for foreign students to study Indonesian language, arts, music and crafts. Participants can choose to study at any universities and colleges participating in the program.
The main purpose of the Darmasiswa program is to establish better understanding and cultivate stronger cultural links between Indonesia and its friendly nations. The DARMASISWA program is essentially a “non-degree” program undertaken within or less than a year. The participants are prohibited from engaging in any political and/or business activities which may result in the destabilizing of government programs or lead to personal profit/gain.
