1. The Chinese Government Scholarship Programme (EU Window)

Rząd Chińskiej Republiki Ludowej uruchomił program stypendialny The Chinese Government Scholarship Programme (EU Window). Ministerstwo Edukacji ChRL oferuje studentom państw Unii Europejskiej pulę 100 pełnych stypendiów, które zostaną przyznane w latach 2007-2011 na okres maksimum jednego roku akademickiego na naukę języka chińskiego w Chinach.

As a follow-up of the 2006 China-EU Summit, the Chinese Government launched a scholarship progamme entitled the Chinese Government Scholarship Programme (EU Window) in January, 2007. This programme is a full scholarship scheme set up by the Chinese Ministry of Education for European students with the goodwill to expand student exchanges between China and the European Union. The programme will provide 100 full scholarships per academic year from 2007 to 2011. Young people from the EU countries with senior high school diploma and above are welcome to apply for this programme.

2. Chinese Government Scholarship

Chinese Government Scholarship scheme was established by the Ministry of Education of China (hereinafter referred to as MOEC) in accordance with educational exchange agreements or understandings reached between the Chinese government and the governments of other countries, educational organ, institutions and relevant international organizations to provide full scholarship and partial scholarship to international students and scholars. China Scholarship Council (hereinafter referred to as CSC) administers the recruitment of international students and the routine management of the Chinese Government Scholarship scheme.

3. Study in Asia Scholarship

In order to stimulate the mobility of Asian students and scholars in Asian area, to strengthen mutual understanding among people from Asian countries,to develop cooperation and exchange in the fields of education, and to promote Asian education quality, Study in Asia scholarship was set up by the Ministry of Education of China (hereinafter referred to as MOEC). China Scholarship Council (hereinafter referred to as CSC) administers the recruitment and the routine management of the scheme.

4. The Short-term Scholarship Scheme for the Teachers of Chinese Language from Abroad

The Short-term Scholarship Scheme for the Teachers of Chinese Language from Abroad was set up by the Ministry of Education of China (hereinafter referred to as MOEC) to sponsor overseas full time teachers of Chinese language, with a view to improve their Chinese language teaching skills and to facilitate the cooperation and exchange in the field of Chinese language teaching among scholars from different nations. China Scholarship Council (hereinafter referred to as CSC) administers the recruitment and routine management of the scheme.

5. Chinese Culture Research Fellowship

Chinese Culture Research Fellowship was set up by the Ministry of Education of China (hereinafter referred to as MOEC) to sponsor international experts in field of Chinese culture to carry out short-term research in China. China Scholarship Council (hereinafter referred to as CSC) is authorized to administer the recruitment and the daily management of the scheme.

6. The Distinguished International Students Scholarship

The Distinguished International Students Scholarship was set up by the Ministry of Education of China (MOEC) to sponsor outstanding international students who have finished their bachelor’s or master’s education in China and have been enrolled by designated Chinese institutions as Master’s or Doctoral candidates or are now carrying out their Master’s or Doctoral studies in those institutions. China Scholarship Council (hereinafter referred to as CSC) is responsible for the application, evaluation and management of the scheme.

7. China/UNESCO – the Great Wall Fellowship scheme

China/UNESCO – the Great Wall Fellowship scheme is a full scholarship scheme set up by the Ministry of Education of China (hereinafter referred to as MOEC) for candidates recommended by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). China Scholarship Council (hereinafter referred to as CSC) administers the recruitment and the routine management of the scheme.
